Jason Prangnell, the new chef, is writing a major book on New Caribbean Cookery. So we have persuaded him to put on a special 8-course tasting menu of authentic Caribbean fare, to showcase his specialties and talents. I attach the menu, which, I hope you will agree, sounds both innovative and delicious. I think the evenings will be great fun.
This menu will be on offer for three consecutive Fridays in January – 9th, 16th & 23rd – when we are otherwise quite quiet in the house. As usual, cocktails and canapés start from 6.15, then we sit down around 7pm.
The cost is $88, including the new VAT.
If you would like to book dinner at the Club for one of these special nights, just drop me an email. And if you would like to stay overnight after the dinner, we are offering a special bed & breakfast rate of $150 per person sharing a room.
In the meantime, Max and the Delphi team wish you a very happy Christmas, as of course do I.
With all good wishes,
Peter Mantle
