Nourish Bistro, a dream turned reality for Chef Florinda Thompson, is a refreshing new restaurant located in the center of Marsh Harbour. The party will feature free samples of Florinda’s top dishes as well as a chance to win dinner for two at the bistro! Located in the heart of downtown Marsh Harbour, Nourish Bistro can be found in the Abaco Shopping Center just a few doors down from the Paint Place. Come celebrate the opening of a vibrant new eatery that is sure to become a celebrated addition to the many great Marsh Harbour restaurants.
The culinary inspiration for the Nourish Bistro comes from Florinda’s passion for delicious food that is also healthy! By making the choice to eat healthier, Florinda was able to lose 100 pounds and she created the Nourish Bistro to help others discover just how delicious healthy eating can be. Florinda believes that maintaining a healthy diet is important, not just for your waistlines but for your overall well-being. Each day at the Nourish Bistro will feature a special menu that will be an adventure in dining. Restaurant goers will be taken on a trip around the world as they explore ethnic dishes from Jamaica, Asia, America, and of course the Bahamas. Nourish Bistro’s menu will also feature healthy drinks and smoothies that are created with only the freshest local ingredients. Fresh coconut water, pineapples, strawberries, and ginger are just some of the ingredients in these well-crafted and delicious refreshments. They are a great way to charge you up on your lunch break or provide a healthy after work pick-me-up.
