Bluff House is pleased to announce that James Cotman has joined Bluff House Beach Resort & Marina as Operations Manager. A 30-year veteran of the restaurant and construction industry, James will manage the day-to-day operations and play a fundamental role in the resort’s new development, especially with the planned construction of the 180-degree water view property at the top of the Bluff.
James said, “Coming to Bluff House to work with Molly is a homecoming of sorts and I’m excited to see where we can take Bluff House in the future. As a regular visitor to GTC since the early nineties, I stayed at Bluff House on my first trip to Abaco and met Molly and felt so comfortable and relaxed here, I kept coming back every chance I had. I can testify to the fact that GTC is one of the world’s top picks for “romance” because on one of my frequent visits, I met a beautiful, young, native Bahamian woman, Tammy Lowe, and the rest is history. We live on the island with our kids, Tatum, 10 and Jameson, 6.
“I have known James for many years,” said Molly McIntosh, General Manager of Bluff House. He is a true professional who leads by example, inspires his team and encourages their growth. Helping guests create lifetime memories is a top priority for him. We welcome James to our Bluff House family!”
Bluff House Beach Resort & Marina’s casual elegance reflects the beauty of its 12 lush acres of coconut palms stretching from sea to sea across the entire width of the island of Green Turtle Cay. Perched on a bluff 80-feet above the Sea Abaco, the highest point on the island, Bluff House has a 40-slip marina, the Ballyhoo Bar & Restaurant, Low Tide Gift Shop, eight waterfront hotel suites and a white-sand beach with the not-to-be-missed Tranquil Turtle Beach Bar.
